The dash camera might increase temperature apparently while using 24-hour motion detection.

1. Because camera is kept always on and works for long time, its temperature will normally increase. But please do not worry about that because the working temperature is -4°F ~140°F. We have designed the power-off battery protection if the camera overheated.

2. Actually, a mobile phone, like iPhone or Samsung, if recording or playing games for long time, its temperature will apparently increase as well. But they also designed the battery with overheated and low-temperature protection. We also offer 18-month warranty. So please do not worry about that. But still, we recommend do not use under direct sunlight because it will shorten the battery life cycle.
