How LC31 Dash Cam Parking Mode and Motion Detection Works?

Available for Download - PDF Instruction

Parking Mode (Parking Monitor)
A) Parking Mode: When something/someone hits your car, the dash cam will automatically turn on, start to record a 20-second video and then turn off. "Parking Mode" is triggered by G-Sensor/vibration. No hardwire kit required.
B) For example, after shut down your car, you can try to close your car door heavily, the camera will detect and start to record a 20-second video and then automatically turn off.
C) If you want to set "Parking Mode", you don't need to wire it to any other battery because it has 400mAh internal battery. Just need to connect to car cigarette lighter by car cigarette power cord.
D) Both front and rear camera will be activated to record.
E) Before install on vehicle, if the camera continuously turns on, start to record a short clip and turn off, it caused by the Parking Mode (G-Sensor/vibration). If you don’t like it, please turn off "Parking Mode".

Motion Detection
A) 24-Hour Motion Detection: The dash cam needs to be kept always on and it will start to record a video if something moves at the front of car even though shut off car. "24-Hour Motion Detection" is triggered by movement.
B) If you want to set "24-Hour Motion Detection", you need to connect camera to car battery via fuse box by hardwire kit. The internal battery (400mAh) is not big enough for long time work, so it needs hardwire kit to connect with car battery for continuous power supply.
C) The camera will start to record if something moves at the front of car and it will stop recording the video until nothing moves in the next 10 seconds. But if something keeps moving, the camera will keep recording.
D) Both front and rear camera will be activated to record.
NOTE: Only front camera with motion sensor.
E) Please get a 5V/2A (Output) hardwire kit with Micro USB Connector. If you are not sure which hardwire kit can work with the camera, please send us email at junjie.amazon.us@gmail.com.
F) Before install on vehicle, if the camera automatically start to record, it caused by the Motion Detection (movement). If you don’t like it, please turn off "Motion Detection".

FAQ
1. Why doesn’t the Parking Mode work?
Please fully charge (1~2hours) the camera by the Micro USB cable (the shortest one in the package) and a power bank/USB wall adapter before install on your car.
